Operation Safe Haven LLC ("we") respects the privacy of the people who contact us and the people they refer. This notice explains what we collect through safehavenops.com and how we use it.
What we collect
Only what you type into our inquiry form: your name, email, phone, preferred contact method, your organization and title (for professionals), the type of housing need, timing, optional funding and accessibility notes, and your message. We ask you not to send medical information, diagnoses, or case records, and our form is not designed to receive them.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss housing availability and fit.
- To coordinate with a referring professional when the person being referred has authorized it.
- To keep a record of inquiries so nothing is missed.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it's stored
Inquiries are stored in a private, access-controlled database operated for Operation Safe Haven's parent company, MDM Future Works LLC, and are viewable only by authorized team members. We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable business records.
